Moving to Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Joined IIT Gandhinagar for studies, moved to Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Had a long 32 hour train journey through Konkan railways.

Begins Explorers Fellowship
Got Explorer Fellowship from IIT Gandhinagar to travel around India. Covered 15 states in 45 days. You would get to hear a lot about forts. Our theme for the trip was

Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Took a long train from Kerala to Rajasthan. The journey was indeed memorable with me realising the ticket is still in waiting list after reaching the railway station. Stayed at a friends place, visited Mehrangarh Fort.

Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan.
Visited Chittaurgarh fort. It was a pretty big one and we got really tired walking around.

Jaipur, Rajasthan
Had good sleep in train. Reached Jaipur in the morning. Explored Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Naigarh Fort, Jal Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and some nearby places.

Chandigarh, Haryana
Stayed at a Dharmashala. Visited Rose Garden and Rock Garden. The city was indeed a well planned one.

Amritsar, Punjab
Visited Golden Temple and I felt very spiritual around Golden Temple. One can really feel it in the air. Had Langar from there. Further visited Wagah border, Gobindgah Fort, and Pagdi Museum.

Manali, Himachal Pradhesh
Stayed at a Dharamshala. It was the cheapest place i have every stayed. It costed us 10 INR per person for a night. Visited Rohtang pass, played in snow. Within 3 hours, our heads started to freeze and had to come down.

Kullu, Himachal Pradhesh
Did river rafting in the rivers of Kullu. Wow, that was a breath taking experience. The water was chill as ice.
